Key 2026 Changes in this Test Plan:
- NGN item types are now standard โ not experimental โ across the entire exam
- Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (NCJMM) embedded in every question, not just case studies
- 18 CJMM case-study items (3 case studies ร 6 steps each) are mandatory
- Partial-credit scoring (0โ3 points per CJMM item) applied to all NGN formats
- Minimum test length: 85 questions (75 operational + 10 pretest)
- Maximum time: 5 hours
