About NCLEXDeck

NCLEXDeck is an NCLEX-RN question bank and exam simulator. Every question is written against the NCSBN 2026 NCLEX-RN Test Plan, and every rationale is reviewed for clinical accuracy by a registered nurse before it ships.

Why it exists

Most NCLEX prep fails at the same point: the questions do not look like the exam. They are too tidy, too obvious, and the wrong answers are easy to eliminate. Candidates then sit the real exam and meet items that are deliberately vague, where four options are defensible and one is best.

NCLEXDeck was built to close that gap. The question bank follows the Next Generation NCLEX item formats, including bow-tie, matrix, cloze, highlight, drag-and-drop and unfolding case studies, and every item explains why the correct answer is correct and why each distractor is wrong.

Who builds it

Co-Founder and Clinical Lead

Dolma Tsering

Dolma is a registered nurse with nine years of clinical experience across critical care, medical-surgical, school health and community settings. She passed the NCLEX-RN in June 2024 and holds active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Since then she has worked in medical-surgical wards, as a school nurse for more than a thousand students across 55 nationalities, and in withdrawal and detox care.

She holds a BSc Nursing (Post Basic) and a General Nursing and Midwifery diploma, both First Class, with additional certification in cardiac nursing, infection control and primary trauma care. She speaks English, Nepali, Hindi and Tibetan, and reviews every rationale for clinical accuracy.
